✔️Tolerant of higher temperatures and humidity
✔️Main medial stems are sturdy. Lateral branches respond quickly to pinching and multiply profusely. Bush is compact and holds up well to the winds that whip through our mountain meadows.
✔️As with other white varieties, Blizzard’s blooms can be easily damaged with insect activity as well as during transport. We utilize blossom bags to protect the petals from getting munched on or bruised before reaching their final destination.
✔️Blooms enjoy a long vase life and is a favorite of floral designers.
✔️Lateral buds are not prominent and don’t require regular disbudding like other varieties.
✔️ Excellent tuber producer—this plant is like a reliable friend, always there when you need them. And in this case, Blizzard always provides much more than is expected! As with all varieties, tuber production increases with regular deadheading and disbudding.
