Like a good cup of coffee, Cafe au Lait awakens the senses in all the right ways for flower lovers everywhere. One of our most requested varieties, this buff beauty is as resilient as she is lovely. She can withstand most anything the weather or insects throws at her and still churns out exquisite blooms all season long!

Grower’s Notes:
✔️Main stems are sturdy. Lateral branches respond quickly to pinching and multiply profusely. Bush is compact and holds up well to the winds that whip through our mountain meadows.
✔️ Tolerant of higher temperatures and humidity
✔️ Blooms enjoy a long vase life and is a favorite of floral designers.
✔️ Lateral buds are not prominent and don’t require regular disbudding like other varieties.
✔️ Poor tuber producer—the one area that our sweet Cafe Au Lait could stand to improve is tuber production. She is notoriously stingy when it comes to leaving lots of tuber gifts behind her when she goes. As with all varieties, tuber production increases with regular deadheading and disbudding.
